Hello!
My name is Alyssa Naka Silver (She/They). I am a Queer Japanese Jewish actor, singer, mover, and writer. I am a NYU Tisch Drama graduate where I have studied at the Classical Studio, RADA in London, the Experimental Theatre Wing, and the Atlantic Acting School. Some recent favorite credits include Wanda in TWUSA’s Magic School Bus AEA Tour, George/Alyssa in 4/4/4 (Edinburgh Fringe), and Exotic Bird/Princesss in The Conference of the Birds (Winnipesaukee Playhosuse). I am passionate about being in and creating art that my younger self sorely needed growing up, and it’s my goal to move through my art without fear of vulnerability and a focus on shared humanity. Along with being an artist, I love to cook Japanese food, read/write poetry, honor my cultures, and cry over how much I love cows.
